Second there are the rock hard wax sealants to waterproof all 4 sides on each of the plank of toklo laminate flooring. A serious problem with toklo laminate is there moulding base staire parts i am a general contractor and it blows my mind that the length of many of the stair nose and misc mouldings are only 78 inches long even base board wooow i was very interested in there products but with some costing 50 a piece and you would like to utilize the lin ft at least in increments of 8 ft what are they thinking. Toklo laminate carries a lifetime warranty for all their products that are 12 and 14 mm thick. The ac3 rating makes it a durable surface.

This color i installed has a rustic look to it weathered oak. Do not steam clean or use chemicals that may damage the flooring surface. Toklo laminate is a commercial laminate flooring also as it carries a 15 year warranty for commercial installations. I will not patronize stupidity this does not happen with other products gloss or no gloss.

The locking system on this flooring is made by pergo. Laminate flooring is made to be durable and long lasting but it can have some problems. Stubborn spots use acetone or nail polish remover on stubborn substances such as tar asphalt paint or oil. With that condition the laminate flooring could stand longer.

This made it easy to install compared to some of the other locking systems.
